Well, we're VERY disappointed... your rating scale only reaches 5, when our experience was OFF-THE-CHARTS A W E S O M E ! ! ! ! My husband & I were looking to trade in our 5 yo considerably up-side-do only reaches 5, when our experience was OFF-THE-CHARTS A W E S O M E ! ! ! ! My husband & I were looking to trade in our 5 yo considerably up-side-down 'luxury' sedan for something more compact & 'cute'. Josh met us there the next morning, walked us around, sharing information about each car as if we had been long time friends. He spent almost 2 hours letting us test drive the models!! WHAT OTHER SALESMAN DOES THAT?!!! He was approachable, honest, upfront, genuine & friendly. He listened and actually 'heard' what we wanted, what we needed & more importantly, was compassionate about our circumstances. He truly cared. We decided on the GTI & have been burning rubber around town ever since!!! I had an exceptional experience visiting LHMVW. I was greeted with a friendly smile and experience sales person. Josh K took the time to listen to my desires and made it a point to direct my focus on the greeted with a friendly smile and experience sales person. Josh completed a walk through of the inside and outside of the vehicle covering all cosmetic and important safety features prior to test driving the vehicle. Josh made certain that I was able to test city and highway driving to get the full experience of the ride. While prepping for finance, LHM provided me lunch as the employees were grilling for their customers. It was nice to not rush the experience, and I do get cranky when I don't eat :) Upon completing my purchase, Josh made certain that the detailing of the vehicle was to his satisfaction prior to presenting me with my new purchase. He once again walked through the safety features, walked through the drivers manual, programmed the radio stations and linked my blue tooth. All of the features that are important to have in place prior to driving the vehicle in comfort were in place. The best part of the experience is I got to drive the car off the show room floor, which is something I can say was truly a nice touch to the car purchasing experience. I had a great experience with the all three gentleman that assisted me with my purchase. However, Gary went above and beyond my expectations and did a great job with making sure my purchase ran smoothly that assisted me with my purchase. He even went as far as taking my Jeep which I had drove across the street to Wendys (after I noticed I had a nail in it) and came and took it back to the service department for me and had it fixed right there.
