Mr. Frank, Thank you for your response! I'd like to make it clear that your service department isn't refusing to fix my vehicle, it is just very frustrating at the lack of concern and follow up to the situation! They did re-finish my alloy's, do they look as good as when I brought my vehicle in? NO, they used to be a high gloss finish and now is more of a satin(dull finish). Do I expect you to replace them? NO, I just think you should be aware that I am not 100% satisfied, but I can live with them! I'm most irritated about the lack of follow through and concern with not fixing the TPS issue repeatedly, even after explainging each time the problem and being told "we can't find a problem" and "we adjusted the pressure and there aren't any issues". Ever since the tire's were put on in October '12, the TPS light comes on about 15 minutes or 15 miles EVERY time I drive my vehicle! I've explained this to them, but they are still unable to solve the problem, and the response I get is "just bring it back in and we'll take a look". That's great and all, but my time is worth more than having to repeatedly bring in my vehicle for something they cannot find! As well, there has not been any documentaion of the TPS issue on any of the service tickets, except for the last visit, which states they adjusted the tire pressure! He did tell me they found an issue in one tire, but still no written documentation of the repeated problem and 15 minutes down the road, the light is back on! I work in the DTC area and find it very difficult to get my vehicle in for service, except for Saturday's, and I'm not willing to waste another one of my days off for this. This would be about my only option as I leave for work at 6AM and don't return to the Lakewood area until at least 5PM M-F. I am also not willing to use your courtesy shuttle again after my rather "un-pleasant" experience last time! I would like to let you know that your staff is very friendly, for the most part, and that no one in specific did anything to make the situation worse. I am just very dis-pleased with the lack of concern to actually take care of a repeated problem and lack of no "human contact" follow through. Why send out a survey, get negative feedback, and not do anything about it? I don't feel it is necessary to contact you on your cell, although I do appreciate the offer. All I wanted was the service manager and the GM's email so I could let you know how miserable of an experience this has been. I find it rather irritating that your company could not provide me with an email or reasonable avenue to contact either of you! Once again, thank you for your concern of the situation. As the General Manager of Larry H Miller Volkswagen, I have reached out to Brenton in an effort to correct any of the issues with his vehicle. We had a technician damage his wheels and fail to find a fault in one of his TPS sensors. The Service Assistant failed to get me involved and it turned into a bad experience. We made mistakes and deserve a sub-par rating. I have since tried to correct the problem by replacing the wheels that we damaged and repair the tire pressure sensor failure. I haven't heard from Brenton yet so I hope he feels better about his experience.
