Mechanic failed to properly complete repair 2007 Touareg failed power steering pump. Mechanic claimed "the vanes wore out". Mechanic failed to replace 'O' ring on high pressure line when reatt 2007 Touareg failed power steering pump. Mechanic claimed "the vanes wore out". Mechanic failed to replace 'O' ring on high pressure line when reattaching. 'O' ring failed and leaked all the power steering fluid on our garage floor. Sal, in an email to my wife, stated that whatever had failed happened "after the repair work". Finally went to the dealership's General Manager to get the repair completed. Unfortunately, we have power steering fluid all over the garage again. The Service Advisor, Sal, doesn't appear to have even basic knowledge of car mechanics. The actual mechanic is simply replaces parts and doesn't appear to have skills to diagnose actual issues. Replacing used 'O' rings is a basic step in dealing with hydraulics (power steering systems). Honest and Best Deal in the area I just wanted to let the internet know how amazing it was to deal with Cindy Oursler at Larry Miller VW. After trying to work deals with Emich, McDona I just wanted to let the internet know how amazing it was to deal with Cindy Oursler at Larry Miller VW. After trying to work deals with Emich, McDonald, Tynans, and Omeara... I finally came across LM VW. Here are are the reasons why she earned my business: 1. Honesty - she gave me an upfront price on the Tiguan SE with moonroof. Not only was this price much lower than the competitors... but she honored her price. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. Also wanted to give a shout out to Scott who was able to sign off on the deal! With Tynans - I was lured in under false advertising and the dealer did NOT honor their price they provided to me in both email and phone calls. They purposely changed trim levels on the quotes and the internet sales person was rude and short with me. They passed me around to three sales agents... none of which were clear. Their prices were significantly higher than Larry Miller. I would NEVER suggest doing business with Tynans VW - this entire team was highly unprofessional and did not respect my time or value me as a potential client. Thanks everyone at Larry Miller VW to restoring faith in VW dealerships after having multiple terrible experiences with the aforementioned dealers especially with Tynans. From start to finish Cindy was a rockstar and she had worked this deal like a pro. She deserves 5 stars! More

Best Car Shopping Experience Ever!! I was in desperate need of a car due to a car accident. My husband and I went to Larry H. Miller hoping to find what we were looking for. The dealership has GREAT reviews and cars & we felt we were already off to a good start. When we arrived our salesperson, Nancy Morikawa, greeted us and asked what we were looking for. Since we did some pre-shopping online she wanted to be sure we hadn't been working with someone, so she checked the computer to be sure. I thought that was very nice and respectful since they all work on commission. Once Nancy got our specifics, she got to work. We had a specific budget we were working with and she kept trying and trying until she found a car that met all of my criteria. Nancy is very knowledgeable about VW"s and very honest. She made my husband and I feel at ease with the whole process and we left with an amazing car that fit our needs and our budget. I can't thank Nancy enough. She did NOT give up and she was so patient with us..she even offered to pair my bluetooth and get it all set up for us. She is a winner. Yes, we bought a used car, but I can honestly say she treated us as if we were buying a high-priced car. Everyone at Larry H. Miller was very helpful and the whole staff made our experience amazing. Salesman was great but other areas could have been better We really enjoyed working with Yannick, he listened to what we wanted and did his best to make our experience a good one. I felt like once we got to the financing part things kind of went downhill. The financing process was rushed and we weren't provided with all of the documents we needed to take to our Credit Union who was handling the financing. The car wasn't thoroughly detailed, we found food, candy and trash under the seats and on the floors. As we left the dealership in the car we purchased I was disappointed to find that the car only had 1/4 of gas and to top it off I made it about 3 blocks from the dealership and my windshield wiper fell off while in use! I'd be happy to purchase from Yannick again but hesitant to trust any other aspect of the dealership. More
