I made an appointment for 1:30 and was told the service would take 2-3 hours. 2 hours past I called and my car want even touched. They were busy I understand. at 5:15pm I was notified I could pick up my car. Not knowing the service department closed at 6p, I made arrangements to pick up my car around 7p and was turned around without my car. User error and a little bit feeling misinformed. Overall very satisfied! More

Great Experience I called the VW dealership near my house to schedule an appointment for service as I had purchased the covered maintenance when I bought my vehicle bu I called the VW dealership near my house to schedule an appointment for service as I had purchased the covered maintenance when I bought my vehicle but they gave me the run-around saying I was not covered so I called theses folks and they were able to find record of my coverage plan and schedule an appointment the following day! Everyone working at the dealership was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they even made special accommodations to pick me up from work. I will absolutely be back for any work I need in the future. More

Nancy was great We came to the dealership to explore what was available in used cars. We needed a car with more room than our VW Beatle provided. We loved the Beatl We came to the dealership to explore what was available in used cars. We needed a car with more room than our VW Beatle provided. We loved the Beatle but with 3 grandkids nearby we had outgrown it. Nancy approached us on the lot and right away it was evident that she was interested in understanding our needs. She was very aware of the inventory on the lot that could meet our needs and reviewed the pros and cons of each of the vehicles as related to what we were looking for. Once we settled on a Tiguan, she was excellent in guiding us through the purchase process. When we asked questions she generally had the answer, yet if she was unsure she found the right person to provide the answer to our question. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but in working with Nancy it was stress free. If a friend was looking to purchase a car we would certainly encourage them to contact Nancy.
