He handles everything so well and I truly look to him for guidance. I was saddened that a turbo part had to be replaced after 15 months plus quite a few other things are wrong. But; I realize the car has 151,000 miles on it. I had a big decision to make and feel at my age I would rather fix the car instead of buying new. I know the mechanics will have it running as good as new soon. In the meantime, thanks so much for a loaner. Oh, and by the way, that "leatherette" that they are now installing in new cars just doesn't meet great criteria for me. Go back to leather. Please thank Devan for me.... Joan McGowan More

Honest, quick, and convenient A few weeks before, I had brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile check up. A few days after the service, I was contacted by the dealer because their A few weeks before, I had brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile check up. A few days after the service, I was contacted by the dealer because their review indicated that the fuel filter had not been replaced. I returned to the dealer for the fuel filter replacement. I appreciate that the group detected the error, was honest about the problem, and quickly communicated with me. I want to also post a negative review. After the service was performed, I have probably been contacted at least 4 times with different email messages asking for feedback. This is excessive and a waste of my time. I realize that you should request comments about the service you provide, but the amount is irritating. More

The Choice for a Great Deal on the EXACT Car that You Want! Working with Eric Virgith was a pleasure. We were able to complete most of the legwork (locating the vehicle, price determination, terms of lease) via Working with Eric Virgith was a pleasure. We were able to complete most of the legwork (locating the vehicle, price determination, terms of lease) via email and over the phone. When we learned that the exact car I wanted (I have very specific tastes, and wanted the right options and color for me) was no longer available as a 2015 model, Eric put in a claim for one that was being built at the factory - and expedited its arrival for me. Whereas other VW dealerships were quoting me 90 days, Eric made it all happen in roughly 37 days. The price also came in at much better than competitors - for the exact same car! Once the delivery was imminent,I filled out almost all paperwork online, and then just needed to show up at the dealership for about 30 minutes to sign off on paperwork. Richard was the most straightforward finance manager I have encountered at a car dealership. Prior to the decision to buy, since Eric was out that day, Colin was great at providing a "no bull" test drive in which he let the car (a GTI) speak for itself. When I took delivery, Eric walked me through the many interesting features on the car, paired my phone to its infotainment system, and encouraged me to remain in touch. He stated that this was just the beginning of my relationship with Larry H. Miller Volkswagen. I suspect he was right, as this was the easiest, most enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had. I would refer friends and family, and I would return in a heartbeat - and certainly plan to do that for our future vehicle needs!
