I CARE IF I AM GOING TO MAKE MONEY WITH YOU! I title my review with like that because that is how The Sales man Taher Taher made me feel after I he made his sale. When I called him to mention that just one day after we closed the deal of buying my leased car, and tell him the problem that my car had and that I was a repeat problem for the las three years and I was without a car. He answer was YES, YES, I HEAR ABOUT YOUR CAR SO YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. After that response, I got the message, I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM. That response ,trashed the Service or good experience I might had with this Sales Person. HIS MESSAGE BY THE WAY HE RESPONDED TO MY CLAIM IS, IF YOU BUYING YES I AM YOUR FRIEND. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR, I AM JUST AN OTHER CAR SALEMAN. I am a Honda user since the year 2000, I had own 7 Honda cars, Honda is a wonderful vehicle, The 2017 Accord Turin is the first car that gives me problems. The problem I have has repeated three time during the last three yeas.. Finally I think they found a problem that they could not find before. The first time they "fixed" under warranty, the second time they wanted to sale me a "NEW BATTERY AND CABLES" THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $800.00 FOR THE WORK BECASUE IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. After a discussion and clarification with the Service Manager, that this was going to be reviewed by The California Consumer's Affairs and with Honda Corp. Honda Corp "agreed" to take the bill in full, so I did not have to pay any money. Now, the third time that this exact same problem happens in my car after one day of purchasing my lease, the service department calls me and tell me that the found the cause of the problem and that is a harness that my have a short and need to be replaced. The estimated that the cost was about $400.00 plus dollars but Honda was taking 70% of the bill. So I agreed to pay the difference when they know that I shouldn't be paying any money for that re-occurring problem. But I was tire and frustrated and I just want to be over with it. More
Bad Service Over Charge for Inspection Been there for a brake inspection and got been charge for $95. Felt like got ripped off. This is way to much for this type of work. Most of other repair shop normally goes free for brake inspection. Conclusion: Bad and over-priced service. Will likely (99%) not go this dealer any more. A dealer like Honda should be more generous to offer reasonably priced work and service. This is however not the case. My rating of 1 star is still above what I want to give. This is worse experience of my life. More
