We requested for a quote online and Felix responded and offered a quote after learning our preference. After exchanging a couple more emails we came to LH dealer for test drive on Monday and came back the next day to finalize the purchase. In the process Felix was not pushy; he explain pricing, fees, tax and took time to explain all the options, packages and respected our preferences to add or not add. I can truly say Felix is an honest salesperson and does have his customer interest as highest priority. However, Nestor was so awesome at explaining the process and offering detailed breakdowns! Any and all questions I had, he answered. He was very transparent and I was able to get an incredible deal on my 2019 Honda Civic. My parents came with me to Larry Hopkins 30 minutes before closing to inquire about pricing, month-to-month payments, down payments, and APRs. He never rushed and we never felt pressured. We came back the next day and specifically asked for him. All three of us had several questions, and he was incredibly polite and patient. He seriously deserves more recognition (and maybe a raise) because we visited several other dealers throughout the week, and no one compares to how awesome he was. Nestor speaks Spanish as well, so he was able to translate literally everything to my parents, answering their questions and easing their stress, too. Our experience with the people we dealt with at Larry Hopkins was uniformly good. In particular we found the person who guided us though the sales process, Felix Ong, to be outstanding. Felix was pleasant, had a good sense of humor, and seemed genuinely focused on looking after our best interest. And we found him refreshingly honest with regard to some of the complex and potentially costly choices that need to be made when buying a new car. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Larry Hopkins to anyone shopping for a new Honda, and we would especially recommend that they try of get Felix Ong from the sales team to help them make their final choice. Bad experience at Larry Hopkins Honda Went there Saturday 1/26/2019 ready to purchase an HRV or CRV for my daughter and got the old Bait And Switch. Over the years I have purchased an S2000 and two Accords from Larry Hokings Honda Sunnyvale and always had a good experience. However, this time it was different . The Sales manager Patrick Hoa Nguyen, lies through his teeth. When I told him that I was interested in a HRV he told me he could get me anew 2018 CRV for $20K and save me some money. Of course I was interested and so he passes me of to his Web Sales person. I ask the sales person what was the best deal he could me on a 2018 CRV and he comes back with figures starting at $24,888 and $26,588 !?!?!??? So I ask him where is the one for $20,000 ? Then this Web Sales person gives me attitude and gets upset with me for not accepting any of his offers. So I go back to the Sales Manager and he tells me that the best he can do for me is a basic model HRV at $21,588 and that it doesn't quality for any rebates or 1.9% financing. So I said that I would get back to him. So I go out side and call Steven's Creek Honda and they were great !!! Right off the bat I'm told that they can get me on a 2019 HRV for $19,994 at 1.9% financing. So I tell him that Mr Patrck HOA Nguyen at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale had told me that the 2019 HRV didn't qualify for that. They tell me that he is wrong. So we went to Steven's Creek Honda and they were great !!! I was shown several 2019 HRVs and their sales person AbdelTerfai was very professional and transperent, no bait and switch, no funky games and a delight to work with. Their Finance Manager, Faycal Belhocine was the best. He was also very professional and transparent with no hidden agendas, no funky games, no lies. I'm never going back to Larry Hokins Honda Sunnyvale. If you want double talk, lies, bait and switch tactics, then Larry Hopkins Honda is the place for you.
