Service updates were somewhat hard to get and inaccurate. I had a simple accessory installation that took all day. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:15 that morning and it was completed at around 5 that after I had a simple accessory installation that took all day. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:15 that morning and it was completed at around 5 that afternoon. Their original estimate was that if I came in early, they would have it done before lunch. At the last update I requested at 3, no one could even tell me if it would be completed that day. Only after I decided to come to the dealership at around 3:30 was I told that they were working on it now and should be done in about an hour. Botton line, the job they did was great but, the communication was terrible. More
