My previous car came from Larry Puckett Chevrolet 7 years ago. I called salesman for the first time in 7 years. He remembered me, my vehicle and a friend that was with me. He had the car I asked about waitin ago. I called salesman for the first time in 7 years. He remembered me, my vehicle and a friend that was with me. He had the car I asked about waiting for me and air conditioner blasting as it is August. I drove another car and decided on it. There were a few issues which he quickly resolved. I could not have asked for a better experience. He checked on me after the sale and said please contact him with ANY ISSUES! That in itself says a whole lot. Finance lady was very nice and professional making the paperwork seem effortless on my end. An added plus is their service department. I have never had a problem with their work and it is convenient. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AT FIRST, TOOK IN FOR RECALL FOR STEERING, GOT TRUCK BACK AND STEERING WAS CROOKED, TOOK IT BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT INSPECT TRUCK.
