Since we had such a pleasant experience with Justin in the service department we decided to go to Larry Puckett and see if we could trade in. Frank Yeargan was an absolute god send. He entertained our baby he was so kind to us and he made everything so easy. He ecplained it all and let her play and gave her snaxks so we could het this handled.Everyone in the building was so sweet. We bought 2 new cars well new to us. Mr. Doug that did our paperwork and warranties was an absolute sweetheart. He took put crayons and pens so our 2 year old could color while we signed and listened and he labeled everything for us so we would know what went where. I can not imagine a better experience or better people anywhere on the planet. We will be forever customers! More
