I have purchased several vehickles over several years and I was satisfied with all except for this last one. A 2019 Chevrolet Spark. The salesman, Jordan Bass, had the gall to Call me A LIAR about what I witnessed the day of this purchase the day I accepted this car on 12-19-2024. I watched him as he tried to reset a part on the driver door that was not attached properly as a rain diverter to serve it's intended purpose to prevent water damage in the door. I did not question Mr. Bass at that time, but I should have questioned why it was not attached properly, so I took it back to him, in February to see what could be done to correct this oversite. When I did take it back to see what could be done to correct this oversite, I remembered that the day I accepted the car he had tried to re-anchor it. When I told him what I saw that day, He stepped back and his response was, "YOU ARE LYING, AND HE REPEATED YOU ARE LYING," And I said to him, "NO I AM NOT LYING" And I resented his implying that I was. And I would be filling a complaint with Larry Pucket Chevrolet Owner. I still believe that this should be corrected and why was this not corrected before I purchased the car. More
