Overall, excellent experience with Ms. McGough; however, when the time came to sign the final title paperwork- the gentlemen helping us was not friendly. His readiness to get the paperwork signed was very h when the time came to sign the final title paperwork- the gentlemen helping us was not friendly. His readiness to get the paperwork signed was very hurried and did not give the adequate explanation, especially for first time buyers. Were it not for Ms. McGough, this dealership would have received a much lower score. Her friendliness, personality and care sold the truck! More

After driving in we were immediately greeted by a salesman (CT Thorn). We were taken straight to the vehicle we were after and also offered a test drive. During the test drive my wife and children we salesman (CT Thorn). We were taken straight to the vehicle we were after and also offered a test drive. During the test drive my wife and children we taken to a room where they could wait. Catering for people with children made the whole experience of buying a car that much easier. Lastly, after making a deal on the car, we were able to drive the vehicle home without any money down. Overall our experience was extremely positive and we would recommend Larry Puckett to others.
