I’ll never buy anywhere else I first came to Larry Roesch for service on a truck I had bought in 2012 from a different dealership, and immediately I noticed a difference in the qu I first came to Larry Roesch for service on a truck I had bought in 2012 from a different dealership, and immediately I noticed a difference in the quality of service. I had previously had my trucks maintenance and recall services done by Napleton Dodge in Arlington Hts and had always had terrible service, major delays when having maintenance done (6 weeks to have a new rear end put in, 2 months for a new computer) and everyone passing the buck when i had check engine lights come on the moment I left the dealership after having recall work done on the gas tank all because the tech didn’t plug any sensors back in. Larry Roesch is the opitome of what a dealership should be when it comes to servicing an old vehicle as well as purchasing a new one, Josh and Scott in the sales department took care of everything no questions asked when it came to getting me into my new Ram 1500, and Paul in the service department has my complete confidence when it comes to servicing my vehicles. I cannot say enough about these guys and would happily send anyone to see them in regards to purchasing a new vehicle or servicing their old one. Five stars doesn’t do it justice More

Car buying made easy I knew the car I wanted and Joe Provenzano worked with us to make that happen. In addition, there was no hard sell and even with the financing, when I said I had found a lower percentage, they were able to give me that rate. Only negative is that I overlooked a small pricing difference when we signed for the car and when I pointed it out when we came to get the car, they could not adjust off. Otherwise, Joe is very patient and is willing to answer any questions...of which I have many as this 2018 is much more loaded than my 2008 car was!! I would definitely go to the dealership again. The financing paperwork went smoothly and when offered a longer warranty, Frank was kind enough to explain all included and we signed on!!! More
