Beyond expectations even after the sale! I drove almost 100 miles to look at a 2015 Jeep which had the features I wanted,and had a good price. I was not disappointed. I have had my existing 2000 Jeep for 14 years, so there were a lot of changes when I sat in this 2015 model. My salesperson, Vesko Vankov was able to explain all the new electronics to me and answered all my questions, without any pressure to buy. I did decide to buy it, but wanted the Navigation package added, so I needed to come back a couple days later (it was late Friday when we closed the deal.) Vesko also wanted to make sure it was gassed and clean when I picked it up. I was expecting a quick wipe down, but when I got in it, this baby was clean.....I mean, really clean! To me, this says a lot about a company that takes pride in what they sell, and appreciates their customers. I'm glad I decided to make the trip to Larry Roesch. More

Excellent Buying Experience I was in the market for used SUV. Moving on from my Explorer and was looking at the Audi q5, Cadillac SRX, Lincoln MKX and the Grand Cherokee. After I was in the market for used SUV. Moving on from my Explorer and was looking at the Audi q5, Cadillac SRX, Lincoln MKX and the Grand Cherokee. After driving all of them decided the Grand Cherokee was the one I wanted. Now to find the right one with the right features. Went to a couple dealerships before Roesch. Walked into Roesch Jeep in Elmhurst and was greeted by Vesko Vankov. I was hoping for a good experience like so many reviewers reported on this and other sites. I was not disappointed! Vesko was very knowledgeable not only about the Grand Cherokee, but cars in general. Knowing all the features that were important to me he suggested the Grand Cherokee Overland model. After test driving it, I knew this was what I wanted. Vesko and Jason made the buying process simple and straight forward. Came in the next day to pick it up and financed a portion. Had the same positive experience with Kevin in finance. I will be recommending Vesko to my friends and family when the need for a car comes up for them. More

My I'm writing this review to share what an amazing experience it's been working with Larry Roesch Chrysler dodge keep. I had an unfortunate incident. My work van was totaled due to an accident. This is how I make my living doing construction remodling . After going thru the process with my insurance, I was ready to get back on track and purchase a quality used van to replace my wrecked one. After going to a much smaller private dealership and wasting 4 days of valuable time, to no avail I still wasn't in a replacement. I looked on line and found Larry's dealership. I saw many choices to pick from I was confident I would find one to fit my needs. I made an appointment at 9:00 am to go in and take a look. I was directed to a young man who's only been there for three months. This amazing young man's name was Vesco Vankov. I picked a van and we went for a test drive. We came back ,I gave all the required information for purchasing a vehicle. I didn't have much to put down being the circumstances but I brought what I had. His first words were "no worries we'll take care of you and get you in a van".after my previous experience I was a little hesitant about that. He said " we have many lenders and I'm confident we'll get you taken care of". As we know this can sometimes be the nervous part of the deal.after a short time vesko came back and said were good to go welcome to your new van! I thanked him repeatedly and he assured me it was no problem. After the word of acceptance it wasn't more than a half hour and I was signing paperwork to take delivery. I cant be more greatful to have chosen Larry Roesch for my needs. Theyre an amazing gruop of people to work with. I will highly recommend them to any of my friends ,family, and pastor. The whole process from beginning to end took approximately 3 hours from when i walked through those front doors.I'm happy to say I'm a proud owner of a vehicle from Larry's dealership.
