My parents and I were being helped by Michal Kania who was really nice and made our experience very relaxing and comfortable. He asked what I was looking for as far as features in a car and showed me different options. We then took a test drive in the Jeep Cherokee but they didn't have the car in black, which is what I originally wanted, so Michal explained that he would be able to order it for me as long as I liked how the car drove and not once did he pressure me or parents on purchasing a car. Next thing you know I'm signing papers on my new car! I was very satisfied leaving the dealership and excited since it was my first time. The difference was night and day - We worked with Scott Campbell in sales and Frank Visco in finance. Both worked to get us a GREAT deal on a 2016 Cherokee. The overall process was quick, but since it was a Saturday, we did end up having to wait a considerable time before we could finalize the purchase. All-in-all, we left happy with our purchase. More
