Larry Spacc GMC

I purchased a Jeep through Larry spacc in September. I was very nervous as I had not had a car payment in many years. I was concerned about having a car payment on a used vehicle. I was told over and over was very nervous as I had not had a car payment in many years. I was concerned about having a car payment on a used vehicle. I was told over and over by the manager and finance guy that they would “take care of me.” They told me they had a warranty that would cover everything except belts, bulbs, tires, brake pads. I was told as long as I brought it to spacc for any work I wouldn’t have a deductible and they would take care of me. I am a single mom, working full time, with two young daughters at home and kids in college. This was exactly what I needed.... not to worry about having repair bills on top of a car payment. I was even given a signed statement that if I was unhappy in the first few months they would buy it back for exactly what I financed it for! I called shortly after I bought it with a lock issue and a tap noise when the vehicle was running. I was told to spray the lock with some lubricant and that jeeps just sound like that. When the weather turned cold I had barely any heat in the vehicle. I checked the fluids and everything was good. I made an appointment to have the Jeep taken care of at spacc to avoid the warranty deductible. Well guess what??? The amazing warranty that I was promised would cover anything DOESNT COVER ANY OF THE ISSUES! The service department has been very polite and I don’t blame them. I was offered a “deal” to only fix the heat. I was offered less than $200 off of an almost $1000 bill that I had been told I WOULDNT have if I purchased the warranty when I bought the vehicle. I am now in a position of having to pay over $500 to get a vehicle. that I have made 3 car payments on, that is torn apart and has no heat! I will be contacting the BBB, GM, my attorney, and anyone else that will listen! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FEOM THIS PLACE! They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to buy a vehicle! More

I went there to buy a used car because I received an email s I went there and talked to Jake. When I got there he told me that I really only qualified for this one particular car a 2010 jeep compass. We got in t I went there and talked to Jake. When I got there he told me that I really only qualified for this one particular car a 2010 jeep compass. We got in the car he started it and the check enginge light came on along with other lights but he reassured me it was just a wheel sensor.ok. so I sat there for 5 hrs waiting and at the end after I sign all the paperwork I still needed to bring in my title that was due to come any day. So I call the dealership and it all went downhill from there. Couldn't get a straight answer when the car was going to be fixed they totally turned everything back on me. Got angry because I cancelled the service contract. They are liars, crooks and thieves! Do not by anything from these people!!! More

Worst Customer Service Ever!!! I purchased a Nissan in January and was told I would get extra keys and manuel. I finally talked to Larry who said I was entitled to nothing, but he would order it anyway. When I called a week later to see if it was ordered, Larry was so rude!! He actually said 'what is your problem? Forget about everyone else you delt with, your talking to Larry now. The key is coming but you can go to the dealer to program it yourself, the book is coming from eBay" Four months later I got it plus the bill from Nissan to get my fob programmed. If I could rate a big fat zero I would!!! No one should be treated and talked to the way he talked to me More
