I committed to this purchase on 6/29. Did not receive the purchase docs until after 5pm on 6/30 and felt as though I was being rushed through at the last minute to meet end of month sales Did not receive the purchase docs until after 5pm on 6/30 and felt as though I was being rushed through at the last minute to meet end of month sales quotas and pressured with, "I cannot confirm if this same price will be available next month." This after I had committed to buy it over 24 hours prior. With the sale completed on 6/30 I still have yet to receive the title work to register the vehicle and it is now 7/22. Registration must be completed by 7/30. I called to check on this and left a message for the finance person who handled my paper work and haven't received a call back now 5 days later. I also left a message for the sale manager yesterday, because the salesperson that I worked with no longer is employed here, and still no call back within 24 hours. Also, I made it very clear that this was a business vehicle as needed to be titled with the business name included in order to use the sales tax benefit of the vehicle I was replacing. I was told I would need to add the business as a DBA at the time of registration. Talked to my local DMV and they said that has to be done on the title work before registration. No one has returned my call from the dealership about this either. Oddly I also inquired about purchasing a truck as well and the salesperson never got back to me on this additional purchase. I have purchased over 35 vehicles in the last 31 years, most of these being GM products and mostly from Mayse Automotive Group in Aurora, MO. I tried this dealership because they had exactly what I wanted and Mayse is very low on new inventory due to a massive hail storm. This was a large mistake. Laura seems very concerned with pushing through the sale and zero service after the sale. Love the GM vehicle, very disappointed with the dealership. More
