Fast and easy, no hassels. I have worked with Jamie in service a good number of times since I bought my last two Buicks. My car is under warranty. The battery konked out and I have worked with Jamie in service a good number of times since I bought my last two Buicks. My car is under warranty. The battery konked out and about 4:00 in the afternoon, after three jumps in 24 hrs I got to the dealer expecting a need to drop off for a next day appointment. Jamie moved my car right in and had me back on the road with the new battery by 5:00 pm. This was extra special because it was the coldest day of the year, it is my only car and I have no one for back up. My personal responsibillites make it such that I MUST have a dependable car. On a side note, Jamie always remembers me and the cars I drive. This is amazing since he sees thousands of people go through each year ( he has been there many years). That personal connection means a lot. He has always left me with a sense of security, as if someone is looking out for me. More

Seamless I flew into St. Louis, was picked up promptly and taken to the Dealership. Once arrived I was introduced to Ross my sales person, he showed me the Aut I flew into St. Louis, was picked up promptly and taken to the Dealership. I was then taken to a credit person where he went over all my required paperwork with me. Another brief details concerning the car and I left the dealership in my new car.
