Great Experience: Fast and Easy I was looking for a new GMC truck and had visited a few other dealerships beforehand (wasted time in hindsight) and couldn't agree on price or find th I was looking for a new GMC truck and had visited a few other dealerships beforehand (wasted time in hindsight) and couldn't agree on price or find the exact vehicle I was looking for. I eventually called Laura GMC on a Saturday evening and talked to Jim L. on the phone asking about a few vehicles in the inventory. 30 minutes later I was at the dealer and he had already had a truck pulled to the front for me to test drive. I searched their huge selection online later over the weekend and pulled a few stock numbers for him to check on Monday morning and by Tuesday evening I was driving the exact truck I was looking for home. The whole process was very friendly, easy, and helpful and I would absolutely use them in the future. Their inventory is massive so you should fine the exact vehicle you're looking for, and their price was easily a few thousand below the closest competitor. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership. More

My first service at your dealership and it was very poor. 11/6/18 I requested an appointment on 11/19/18 at 07:00am for lube,oil and filter tire rotation plus 2 recalls to be completed. my request was (if s 11/6/18 I requested an appointment on 11/19/18 at 07:00am for lube,oil and filter tire rotation plus 2 recalls to be completed. my request was (if service and repair is longer than 2 hours I will need a loaner car for however long repairs takes. thanks) I did not get a response from the dealership about my request. I did however get 8 reminder messages that I had an appointment for 11/19/18. On 11/18/18 I sent another message that I said I would drop off my terrain on 11/18/18 (Sunday) I sent this message because I had things to do on Monday the 19th and with not knowing about a loaner auto being ready for me. On Monday the 19th and no word from the dealership I called the service department at 2:40pm to question the completion of my Terrain and was told Service Adviser was not available at this time so I left message for call back. 3:50 I called again being there was no response to first call, was told Stephanie was completing paper work now. My Terrain was there for 8 hours. Per paper work no one even check my auto in until 09:14. So getting an appointment far in advance and early hours does not do any good for the customer. The excuses were its a holiday week and we are short handed. REALLY More
