Brought vehicle in because dash was reading “engine hot, a/c I was called the following day and told that a radiator clamp was off and that it was spewing anti freeze and that’s why it was running hot. I picked it up that day and the very next day while sitting in St. Louis traffic the light comes on with the exact same thing showing on the dash. I had to go back to the dealership on a prayer that I wouldn’t stall in the middle of traffic. Mind you I was charged a$130 diagnostic fee for a misdiagnosis. More

Lack of communication!!! No communication between Laura GMC service dept. & myself, I had to call them to find out the status of my vehicle!! Rental I was issued a rental when my truck was serviced. I was not happy that the rental was below 1/4 of a tank in gas. I had to immediately get gas in it to make it home. I know I had to refill the fuel as I got it. But, how about leaving enough fuel in it so that way customers dont have to he riding on empty. More
