Service dept Service department is not customer oriented, the porters or runners that go get your loaner vehicle are very rude. I felt like they were trying to t Service department is not customer oriented, the porters or runners that go get your loaner vehicle are very rude. I felt like they were trying to trap me into paying for a scratch in the bed of a loaner truck that was maybe 2 inches long and looked more like a scuff than a scratch. They video the bed of the truck before I picked it up. Which I find out is not common practice at all. They annotated that there were scratches inside the bed in the tailgate but noting on the bed surface itself when I took it. I have purchased several new vehicles from them in the past and love the sales department. After that experience I will no longer take my vehicle there for service and will most likely never buy from them again. More
