Service dept Service department is not customer oriented, the porters or runners that go get your loaner vehicle are very rude. I felt like they were trying to trap me into paying for a scratch in the bed of a loaner truck that was maybe 2 inches long and looked more like a scuff than a scratch. They video the bed of the truck before I picked it up. Which I find out is not common practice at all. They annotated that there were scratches inside the bed in the tailgate but noting on the bed surface itself when I took it. I have purchased several new vehicles from them in the past and love the sales department. After that experience I will no longer take my vehicle there for service and will most likely never buy from them again. More

3500 Denali I called and talked to Jason about the truck I wanted to buy. I had a trade in and gave him my information about my trade in and he called me back wit I called and talked to Jason about the truck I wanted to buy. I had a trade in and gave him my information about my trade in and he called me back within 15 minutes with a price for my truck.On Monday I drove to Laura Buick GMC : 968 miles to pick-up my new truck. I did not arrive till 6;45pm and was on my way by 8:15. Jason was working with another customer when I arrived but I only had to wait a few minutes and he had keys in my hand to check out my new truck while he finished with his customer. Jason let the finance guy know I was there and when he was ready for the paperwork to be signed he called me into the office. He was very fast and efficient. Jason stayed after hours to make sure he answered all my questions and set up my Onstar account and got my cell phone connected. He made sure I had no questions before I left. I have been in sales for over 30 years and staff at Laura has very good customer service. More
