Steve Rogers promptly answered our call and within minutes I had easy to understand pricing and a ballpark trade in value for my vehicle. Over the next day or so, we were able to text each other questions and photos, etc. Steve was incredibly easy to reach, responsive to calls and texts, very friendly and low pressure, and a real joy to do business with. We wound up asking to speak with the sales manager regarding a minor request and he promtly came by Steve's desk and we were able to reach a mutually agreeable outcome. The service department worked quickly to get our custom mats installed before we hit the road back to Rockford, IL. It was certainly worth the 4 hour drive! More

Car loses power frequently Took car in Thurs am/explained the problem pointing out that Malfunction Indicator lamp indicated an OBD problem. Left car; Laura Buick called in the afternoon; said problem was car needed new battery. Quoted me price for new battery; I declined as current battery was still under full replacement warranty through Auto Zone. I questioned the diagnosis as I thought it was an electrical problem, but Laura Buick insisted it was just a battery problem. Auto Zone put in new battery; car was fine Fri, but started losing power again on Sat. Took car to Auto Zone who ran diaganostic scan...problem was it needed Camshaft Position Actuator (Bank 1). Laura Buick just picked up my car so I am waiting to see if they concur. In my 2nd conversation with Laura Buick they stated they had not ran a diagnostic scan on the car. More
