We love Dave My mom and I where driving from Tampa to Colorado Springs when her A/C went out. We have two dogs and tried to deal with the heat but it was unbearabl My mom and I where driving from Tampa to Colorado Springs when her A/C went out. We have two dogs and tried to deal with the heat but it was unbearable. We made it as far as Chattanooga where we brought the car to a pep boys. They informed us that the hose to the compressor was leaking Freon. They unfortunately couldn’t get a new hose until the following day but they could do a charge and go to get us as far as they could. We called a head to Laura Buick where we talked to Dave and explained our situation. He said he would have the part for us the next day. We drove to O’fallon and spent the night with full air thanks to the guys in Chattanooga. The next day Dave called us at 9:30 am and said he had the part and to head on in. Not only did he get us all fixed up, he gave our dogs water, gave us water, gave us snacks, found us shade to sit in, and stayed on top of my moms insurence until they paid all but the $100 deductible. Don’t ever let Dave go. In fact, someone needs to give this man a raise. What an amazing employee!!! Thank you to Dave and his team for going above and beyond for two ladies on a long road trip. More
