Although there were a few issues, such as signing early (Dec. 30) for the vehicle which meant my trade had the onstar services turned off prior prior to picking up the new one on the 2nd and I was left wit (Dec. 30) for the vehicle which meant my trade had the onstar services turned off prior prior to picking up the new one on the 2nd and I was left without navigation for the over 600 mile trip. I have been waiting for the title paperwork so that I could register in my state, and only asking about it today the 23rd was I told that it was sent out today. There is only a 30 day window to register the vehicle without penalty and unless I asked for the 2nd time, there is no telling when it would have been sent. Was told it will be here on the 24th. We will see. Because of the early signing, I was given a 500.00 increase on my trade as if I had waited till the 2nd, I would have gotten a 500.00 veterans rebate. There was no sense of urgency on the dealers part until it was decided I would buy on the 2nd, then got a call on the 30th stating I needed to go ahead and e-sign for the vehicle. Other than having to wait, which is mostly my doing, the delivery went smooth and quickly. Everything price wise was as promised with no extra dealer charges. I don't know if I would do it again. I said I would recommend this dealership but only with conditions. More
