After driving four hours to get to Laura GMC, we met, I drove the truck and did the paperwork. We were in and out with the new truck in about 90 minutes. Jonathan was great to work with and very prepared. This is the first time I have purchased a truck over the phone and would do it over again in a second. Odd process when they take in a trade in they list it for sale before they check it out and fix it up. Other than that I couldn’t find a comparably prices truck anywhere close to what they had. The last inconvenient trip resulted in Lost Keys/FOB While in Service, they had to make another key & FOB but in doing so, made my spare set unusable. Now I'm told I have to take more of my time and inconvenience to make another appointment to fix this error. Spending $40,000 on a new vehicle was supposed to free my mind of vehicle issues, but this GMC has disappointed with dismissals of quality issues brought to their attention. More
