Service Looking at trucks for 3 months. Bought a brand new 2018 gm 2500 $$$$ Test drove 3 decided on 1 ryan humphreys salesman was great. Downhill after th Looking at trucks for 3 months. Bought a brand new 2018 gm 2500 $$$$ Test drove 3 decided on 1 ryan humphreys salesman was great. Downhill after that. Financing department didnt fully explain. Just rushed through ssid sign here here etc. stated gave me gap insurance and GAVE me extended warranty NOPE they added it to sales price. I had already spent 4 hrs here and just wanted to get out. Then had to wait to have it cleaned. By this time it was closing and i just needed to go. Drove the truck onto the highway and itvstarted shaking like crazy at 70 mph. I thought it was the road but nope. Drove it over 60 miles that night and shook so hard passenger seat hit the door. Took it to my tire shop and the tires were from 2 different years wasted the rest of the day at Laura where they said they switched the tires. After another 4 hrs drove it still shook but they had nonother solution. Had to finally raise my voice to get any attention and then sales manager said he was too busy. I asked to give me a different truck but nope even though i had owned it less than 12 hours overnight. Service manager blamed it on tires but told me I had to come back again. I Live 250 miles from there and I do have a JOB. I asked for new tires sent to my shop service manager said he had to force balance them and to drive it 100 miles. Told him I drove it over 100 miles last night. Then he called me “dear” and treated me like a dumb bonde. I never expected that kind of attitude from a large dealership. I have never experience that kind of discrimination as a female before. I spent $70,000 on a new truck. I was lied to about the warranty, and then to have a severe shake still happening after 500 miles with total disregard for service or safety and the discrimination is unacceptable in any company. This is the only negative review I have ever written on any company More

My husband and I arrived to find the 3 cars sitting up front waiting for us. Andrew came out to meet us, was very knowledgeable and friendly but no high pressure. We drove the car I preferred and returned to the dealership. Andrew sat down with us and made the entire process easy. The dealership closed at 8 but Andrew stuck around to go over the entire car after we were done with financing. He set up our cell phones to the car and went over every inch.
