Repairs in less than a week /False advertisement Purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership on 22 August 2018. They had the truck in the shop for two weeks replacing parts in the suspe Purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership on 22 August 2018. They had the truck in the shop for two weeks replacing parts in the suspension, front left and front right ball joint and brakes which took way longer than expected. After all the repairs they wouldn't haggle at all on the price and I ended up paying thousands more than the black book on the vehicle but I got it anyway because I really liked it. Also, it was listed with a clean CarFax and no accidents on their internet site, and when I pulled the CarFax myself it stated it was in an accident with the first owner. Lastly I'm writing this review on 28 August 2018 after I get it checked out at the mechanic and he tells me that the Rack and Pinion in the truck is leaking power steering fluid and it's going to be over $700 dollars. I call Laura Buick GMC and inquire if they can help me out considering they said they couldn't move on price becuase they dropped so much cash into repairs earlier, but I guess they just missed this one? Mike told me that it's not covered on the 15 day/500 mile powertrain warranty and told me to have fun with the repairs. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. More
