They had the truck in the shop for two weeks replacing parts in the suspe Purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership on 22 August 2018. They had the truck in the shop for two weeks replacing parts in the suspension, front left and front right ball joint and brakes which took way longer than expected. After all the repairs they wouldn't haggle at all on the price and I ended up paying thousands more than the black book on the vehicle but I got it anyway because I really liked it. Also, it was listed with a clean CarFax and no accidents on their internet site, and when I pulled the CarFax myself it stated it was in an accident with the first owner. Lastly I'm writing this review on 28 August 2018 after I get it checked out at the mechanic and he tells me that the Rack and Pinion in the truck is leaking power steering fluid and it's going to be over $700 dollars. I call Laura Buick GMC and inquire if they can help me out considering they said they couldn't move on price becuase they dropped so much cash into repairs earlier, but I guess they just missed this one? Mike told me that it's not covered on the 15 day/500 mile powertrain warranty and told me to have fun with the repairs. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. More

Sales staff ok, financial writer very unethical My salesman was accommodating and seemed genuine, but some of the other department personnel needs to be reminded of customer care. My spouse and I have excellent credit and with this finance guy/dealership, credit score means nothing. I should have qualified for an excellent rate based on my score but I didn’t. I’m guessing every buyer, irregardless of score gets a crooked high interest rate. Then he had the nerve to tell me to “wait a few months before I pay the loan off”. Presumably, to insure his loan writing commission for the loan (and so he wouldn’t get scrutinized from above for the $1000 finance incentive). The loan will be paid off with the first invoice. He honestly spent less than 5 minutes with us finalizing paperwork. True xxxxxxx! Vehicle was not detailed, accessories were not installed and there was a rock chip they wouldn’t make amends for. I turned in a nicer trade than I feel I received in a new version. More

2018 GMC 3500 Denali When I started my search for a New Truck I was after a very specific set of options and Equipment. I spoke with two local dealers who could Order a 2 When I started my search for a New Truck I was after a very specific set of options and Equipment. I spoke with two local dealers who could Order a 2019 the way I wanted it but the pricing had no incentives available. I found the Truck I wanted at Laura Buick GMC. I showed my local dealer the truck and asked if they could get it for me. A quick "no that's to far to go" was there answer. So I called Dave and Started the Process to buy the truck. Their price was great, lower than I had seen anywhere else. Once all the Details were worked out, I booked a flight and a hotel room. Dave Picked me up at 9:00am at the Hotel 20 miles from the Dealership and was very friendly. When we arrived at the dealership the truck was right our front ready to go with the two accessories I asked about and added already in the truck. The Paperwork process was fast and Painless. Dave then showed me a few things on the truck I had questions about and pointed me in the direction to head home, 7.5 hours and over 475 miles. I can tell you this. The flight, hotel, and Drive home were worth it for this truck, the deal and the Experience. I sell boats for a living and value high customer service and honesty. This dealership gets it and so does Dave. I recommend them and will probably be back if I need another GM product that they sell. Chris R. More
