CustomerService needs improvement I called about a maxima to make sure it was still available. The dealer knew I was coming in. We were there over an hour to find out it was on the rac I called about a maxima to make sure it was still available. The dealer knew I was coming in. We were there over an hour to find out it was on the rack and wasn’t done being serviced. The car was listed 6 days before but wasn’t even ready. I was to come back on Monday at 0830. I’m glad I text because it still wasn’t ready. He said late afternoon or wait til next day. I told him that I was going to call another dealer to see if they had something. He didn’t seem to care they were going to miss out on a 10,000 cash sale. If I would ya e found another car at a different place like I wanted I would not have went back. Cody was nice and apologetic. Also they said it was detailed but there was dirt inside and around the gear shift and the Rims were dirty. More

Great experience at Laura GMC Jamie in the service department scheduled my service work to be done on my requested date. When I arrived my paperwork was filled out quickly a Jamie in the service department scheduled my service work to be done on my requested date. When I arrived my paperwork was filled out quickly and I was in a loaner car and out the door with in 15 minutes. Work was performed on my vehicle and I was back in my own vehicle within one working day. Jamie is very professional and all of the staff was very courteous and accommodating. This is the reason I will buy my next truck from Laura GMC. More
Lots of Issues Recently purchased a 2015 GMC Denali from Laura. Awesome vehicle, decent price. Dead battery. Not even made my first payment. Service says $250 for n Recently purchased a 2015 GMC Denali from Laura. Awesome vehicle, decent price. Dead battery. Not even made my first payment. Service says $250 for new battery. Had to have truck towed, would bot jump. Apparently OEM battery. Service tells me on Thursday that it will be sometime next week to replace the battery!! Wow! Then, 10 minutes before they close on Friday I get a call that it is done. Of course I cant be there in 10 minutes, so I swing by Saturday morning to pick it up. Nope! Can't do that either, only if I made previous arrangements with service. How was I supposed to know that!!! Anyway, finally my truck is allowed to leave Monday, and although after a stern complaint about it, they only covered half. I mean really. I just paid $50k for one of their vehicles and the battery dies 35ish days later and they won't cover it because it does not fall under the warranty. Nice customer service Laura, even better first experience!!! More
