The 4 Stars goes all to Doug Johannes. Once I decided on a vehicle, Doug was very hands on and kept me informed about every and anything there was for me to know or do before arriving to the dealership. When I had some questions about financing that I just couldn't get from the financing guy, I voiced my concerns to Doug and he didn't waste any time contacting me to get a clear understanding and assured me he would get the answers I needed. Doug came through as promised and put my mind at ease. To me, he went above and beyond to keep me satisfied about this purchase. I would recommend Doug to any and everyone looking to purchase a new or use Buick/GMC....but stay away from David in financing. More

We always dread going in to buy any vehicle with the typical pushy, stand over you, know it all sales people we have encountered in the past. But, this was the complete opposite. Even though we knew almost exactly what we were looking for, we wanted to visit a dealership that had models to actually took and feel. Maybe that is old timing it, but that's what we wanted. Jim showed us several models, took the time to compare options and discuss differences. We were shopping both GMC Canyons and Chevrolet Colorados. After reviewing pricing and options on both, the Canyon was a much better vehicle and value. Now that we have possession, we hope all the service and any issue we many encounter will be as smooth as the sales end goes. The only negative was the cleanliness of the automobile but know you have a huge lot to keep track of.
