Terrible experience I originally put my 6 month old Acadia in the shop for the sunroof not working. Was told they had to order the part so I scheduled an appointment. B I originally put my 6 month old Acadia in the shop for the sunroof not working. Was told they had to order the part so I scheduled an appointment. Brought my vehicle in and was told a couple hours. I was given a Yukon. The next day was told they were going to have to order another part but was asked to bring the Yukon back that day. So made another trip to switch loaner cars-which I live 30 minutes away. I was given a truck that I couldn’t fit my family in and then told I would have to keep that truck for the weekend. 6 days after a scheduled appointment I received my car back.
