One of a kind experience Things got off to a rocky start when my internet request went unanswered on a Friday. The next Monday, I called and spoke to Ross who did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle. We spoke again on Tuesday and he was supposed to get back with me. I called him back at the end of the day as I haven't heard back from him. He said that vehicle had been spoken for (had a deposit) for 3 days and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I could tell from my previous conversations with him that he wasn't interested in selling me a vehicle for some reason. I immediately called back and asked for a salesman as if this was my first time calling and got Mr. Pusa. He was willing to look a little further and confirmed the vehicle was indeed still available. He put me in contact with Mr. Griffiths and the rest went great. I flew from Little Rock on Saturday and was picked up at the airport by Pill. He picked up 7 people that run. All had flown in from other parts of the country to buy a vehicle from Laura GMC. When we arrived, my truck was clean, gassed up, and sitting right out front waiting on me. I met with Danny, signed some paperwork and waited to meet with the finance dept. It was a long wait but based on the traffic they had, it was expected. Once I got in the finance office, it took no time. No surprises, no issues, no problem. Overall, this was a pretty neat experience and was well worth it. I would highly recommend anyone to check with Laura before purchasing elsewhere. More

mislead on price I went in to have oil change and tire rotation (59.99) They informed me that at 20K miles its recommended to have cabin filter (44.99 at dealership 1 I went in to have oil change and tire rotation (59.99) They informed me that at 20K miles its recommended to have cabin filter (44.99 at dealership 17.99 at autozone) and fuel induction service (69.99). I was hesitant about FIS, but wife said go ahead so I did. They now quoted price and the whole bill came out to 250. I was very disappointed with the service and being mislead. This is the second issue I have had with these guys and will start going to VIOC and have oil changed. More
