James has helped me too( I am hoping that is is name, tall man salt/pepper hair) we laughed so hard about all the napkins in my glove compartment. I am very disappointed that as I was looking at this site I do not see anyone of their names to check for outstanding service. These people are just as important as your sales people.. also I met my son’s boss there Luggy (sp) very nice guy but I don’t see his name on this list either. It was a fantastic experience I went in there for a problem with my suspension on my 2017 Sierra. The problem was diagnosed and I needed a total leaf spring replacement. This can take up to four hours for the work to be done. I was given a loaner vehicle so I could run a few errands and the technician immediately started to work on my truck. He got the work done in two hours. I was very happy and problem was resolved. All of Laura’s staff are top notch and they don’t play games they listen and very respectful. When ever a conversation comes up about buying or servicing a vehicle I tell people go look at Laura. More

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I have been working with Jamie at Laura for a couple months to diagnose an issue from a long distance via phone and email. I purchased a used vehicle I have been working with Jamie at Laura for a couple months to diagnose an issue from a long distance via phone and email. I purchased a used vehicle from Laura with a warranty issue that needed addressed, but I live about 2.5 hours away. Rather than waste my time and the dealership's time, I offered to do some trouble shooting before bringing my vehicle in. From the first phone call to Jamie, he provided excellent service. He communicated clearly, listened to my concerns, documented our conversations, was very knowledgeable on the issues and was an advocate for me when the time came for Laura to repair my vehicle. I could not be happier with his efforts. When the time came to schedule the repair, the appointment was scheduled quickly and they even setup a loaner car so I could go to work. The vehicle drop off was spotless, check-in was painless, the waiting room was great and I had my loaner vehicle in a matter of minutes. The repairs to my vehicle were involved, but they were finished on time, as promised. Jamie worked with the used car department to explain the details of my situation and, based on all the information he shared, the used car department paid for the repairs in full. Also, as promised, the repairs solved all of the issues we were having with this vehicle! The service experience at Laura was second to none, especially when compared to our local providers.
