Customer Service My 2018 GMC Terrain was recalled for a minor item. Because of my work hours, I usually drop my car off the night before, get a loaner as my car is wo My 2018 GMC Terrain was recalled for a minor item. Because of my work hours, I usually drop my car off the night before, get a loaner as my car is worked on the next day. This has always worked out great! On this particular occasion, I dropped off my car 15 minutes before the service department closed. The gentlemen who checked me in at the Service Dept. says "ma'am if you can afford to wait 15 minutes, we can have this taken care of tonight". My response was "I most certainly can wait". And as promised, it was ready within 15 minutes. I really appreciated this extra step because I got my own car back that night and away I went. While I waited, I ran into my salesperson, Danny Griffiths. The man never forgets his customers! We have purchased two vehicles within the last couple of years from Laura Buick GMC and will continue do so - because of the all around customer service we receive from sales to service. More
