Fair Deal Other than the delivery, we are very pleased with our choice of dealership and our purchase. We closed our sale late on a Friday but, because of add- Other than the delivery, we are very pleased with our choice of dealership and our purchase. We closed our sale late on a Friday but, because of add-on dealer-installed accessories, we agreed we wouldn't take our new vehicle home until everything was installed. We were called the following Monday morning that our vehicle was ready to go and we informed our sales rep that we wouldn't be able to get to the dealership until late that day. We arrived about an hour before the dealership closed. The sales rep seemed rushed. He rushed through the delivery with little hesitation to explain the options on our new vehicle. He also neglected to have us prepared to answer questions by the On-Star rep when he said he had to take the vehicle "out of demonstration mode." He seemed focused on impressing that we give him a positive review when this survey came through. He asked what we thought about our tour of the dealership and service center...which we never had. He asked several questions regarding our experience about several different things which we had no prior experience. Again, he rushed through an incomplete tour of the dealership and service center which did NOT include a walk-through. I completely understand that it's ultimately my responsibility to learn the options that are available on my new vehicle and how to use them...which I will as I go through the owner's manual and as I watch the videos made available through the GMC website. When we were ready to take final delivery, we asked for the 2nd key fob and we were told that it was already locked up in the service department. Well...if the vehicle was ready to go at 9 am and we showed up at 5pm, there was ample time to retrieve the fob and make sure it was ready when we arrived. The sale rep said he would mail it to us so we wouldn't have to make a special trip. We've had our new vehicle for a week and still haven't seen our 2nd fob show up in the mail. Again, we're very satisfied with our new vehicle, very satisfied with what we were given for our trade-in, and very happy with the dealer-installed add-ons. The sales rep was a bit of a let-down, but I don't know how much experience he has or why he seemed in such a rush to leave that day. More

It's designed to make it easy, efficient, and fast. From there you have multiple service counters and are greeted with how may I help you. The employees are friendly and truly want to make sure that you have the best experience. They go over everything that's getting done, tell you about how long it will take to complete, and answer any questions. The whole process was easy, fast, and they made me feel confident that my truck would be repaired correctly. Same experience when I came back to pick it up. Again friendly, explained what was done, and quickly got me back on my way. Hands down the best service I have ever had with any dealership or repair shop. Great people everywhere you go at this dealership. More
Gold Star quality in Golden Valley On our way from Chicagoland to Joplin, Mo, our Savana van stopped working & had to be towed into this Dealer ... on a Sunday! We used the drop box for our key & problem description. Early Monday morning, we received a friendly call, work was begun & we were back on the road before noon! The Dealer sent a courtesy car & happy driver to pick us up from our motel. We received a descriptive printout on inspections performed & results. EVERYONE was absolutely courteous, respectful & sensitive, to getting us back on the road! We were Blessed with THE RIGHT PEOPLE ... WE WERE IN GOOD HANDS! These folks showed themselves to be confident, knowledgeable & efficient. Actually, it turned out being a Good experience, having our lives touched by these people who really cared about us & our van, even going above & beyond! We can't thank you enough! More

Because of my work hours, I usually drop my car off the night before, get a loaner as my car is wo My 2018 GMC Terrain was recalled for a minor item. Because of my work hours, I usually drop my car off the night before, get a loaner as my car is worked on the next day. This has always worked out great! On this particular occasion, I dropped off my car 15 minutes before the service department closed. The gentlemen who checked me in at the Service Dept. says "ma'am if you can afford to wait 15 minutes, we can have this taken care of tonight". My response was "I most certainly can wait". And as promised, it was ready within 15 minutes. I really appreciated this extra step because I got my own car back that night and away I went. While I waited, I ran into my salesperson, Danny Griffiths. The man never forgets his customers! We have purchased two vehicles within the last couple of years from Laura Buick GMC and will continue do so - because of the all around customer service we receive from sales to service. More
