2018 GMC Sierra I personally don't like the car buying experience. I am not a sales person and I don't like being 'sold' to. No communication Bought the interior and exterior coating and no one attempted to get hold of me too make appointment. I called 3 times to do it and salesman said would get back to me and never did had to call supervisor to get it started. Was given a 2018 Denali truck to drive while work was being done. They have you look at the out side and sign off that it's good no dents. No smoking, no hauling or pulling etc. So I get in to leave and itwas filled with the smell of smoke. Had them scratch that off the list before i left. Barely could stand the ride home. Frebreezed the puppy. Then noticed someone did haul with it cause it had dirt covering the inside bed. Someone also ran the crap out of it cause the front end shook. Had my truck 2 days was told it would be done Friday. After work Friday called to see could get hold of the person that I was talk to about it. Left message to call me back and guess what she went home for the day and me not knowing what's going on. Headed over there cause Friday was ending and got the and the truck was not finished. Sales supervisor was not happy with me but he was the that didn't know where the truck even was. I told him it was right out side. Ended up waiting another almost 2 hours (7:50pm) for them to finish it and don't know if Itrust if itwas done right. Don't know if I trust to take it back to get any future service done on it. I'm the customer that bought a very expensive truck from you and you don't want to communicate to me. Failure! More

Well done I traveled from 3 hours away to buy my vehicle. Superior Service as expected Brian White, my sales rep, was extremely helpful assisting me with the appointment for installation of my exhaust system, interior and exterior trim a Brian White, my sales rep, was extremely helpful assisting me with the appointment for installation of my exhaust system, interior and exterior trim accessories. A couple of texts and a phone and the appointment was scheduled. Jamie, the service writer was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed during the installation process and everything was smooth and easy. The tech that installed the exhaust and accessories was very professional as he explained the process and results. Just another fine example of why Laura is my preferred GMC dealership.
