Minor problems with my new truck I called to set up the appointment. I had 3 issues I wanted addressed. #1 ... My truck has a lift on it and one of my tires rubbed the wheel well. The rep I talked to said it’s no problem we just need to trim the wheel well. The service rep I talked to when I showed up to the appointment told me “That’s something that you gotta deal with when you lift your truck”... #2... I had a busted speaker on the drivers side door. The rep when I called said that they would check it out and also make sure I had the bose system that I paid for. The service rep when I got to the dealership said “So you think your speaker is busted? I said “ Yes and I want to make sure the speakers are bose” The service rep says “If the sticker on the truck says bose then that’s what you have”. I just wanted to check because the bose speakers were added at the dealership not the factory and I’ve had bose speakers before and never had them bust. #3... The roll n lock bed cover system I purchased wasn’t closing on one side. The rep I talked to said “ sure we can adjust it for you”. At this point I was frustrated so I just asked the rep to come outside so he can see for himself what the problem was. He fumbled around with the cover for 5 minutes trying to prove me wrong before he had to realize that it needed adjustment. His name is Jaime. I will wait hours for someone else before I ask him for help. More

Summation Overall the experience went well. Like buying from a busy big box store where you get the product for a good price which I am OK with. When I arrived Overall the experience went well. However, my truck was dirty and needed gassed. After getting up at 4:45 am and having a 6 hr drive home ahead of me this was not appreciated. Also, my salesman told me twice that he used a positive rating on this survey to pay for his child’s daycare. More

We're from a small town (where dealerships treat you like royalty when you're dropping that much $$) so we were slightly underwhelmed initially with the customer service. We went up on a Saturday which was like a circus...I get that the dealership is extremely busy but we got the vibe that they didn't really care if we bought a vehicle from them or not. Had their prices not been the best around, we would have left that first day for sure. We left annoyed and had a sour taste in our mouth. But, after several days of back and forth we ended up coming to an agreement and by the time I picked the vehicle up I was happier with the service. Overall I would say I would "recommend" this dealership but would let the people know that the service is not like it is around our area, that you're just another person buying a vehicle to them...nothing special ;) More
