I dropped my vehicle off to them because I was having concerns about smelling gas in my oil. After dropping it off they give me the problem and the solution. Come to find out my part was never on back order, it came in few days after dropping my vehicle off. After figuring out that news and getting told how much money I got to pay, after buying the warranty you guys offered me I was very upset about the services you guys offered me, and to top off the you guys where gonna charge me extra for a new oil change, that’s where the problem started don’t you think you could put new oil in my vehicle? More
