The staff is very nice; however, and this is not exclusive to Laura Buick, I find that the I appreciate the thorough inspections done by Laura Buick. The staff is very nice; however, and this is not exclusive to Laura Buick, I find that their service charges are way out of line when it comes to anything besides an oil change. I have taken their recommendations in the past only to find that changing a cabin filter is considerably less expensive to do yourself and does not take a lot of labor. While I aopreciate the suggestions, I do not appreciate the upcharge. More

It took longer to go over all the details of our new car than it did initiating the sale, financing and titling the car combined. Absolutely amazed with the work of the dealership and their attention to detail! I will not go to another dealership, period!!
