Not what I expected. It was kind of confusing how they do the drop off of vehicle for a first time customer. It took longer than I expected to get checked in and loaner ve It was kind of confusing how they do the drop off of vehicle for a first time customer. It took longer than I expected to get checked in and loaner vehicle considering I had booked 2 days prior. When loaner was brought in I was informed return with same amount of gas. I have no problem with that, normally full tank returned with full tank. Not here noticed after I I left I only had maybe 1/8 tank (in the red) I live 60 miles away and had to add gas before getting home. Returned vehicle with at least 1/4 tank, so they came out ahead. Pick up of my vehicle was very good. in and out in 5 minutes or less. More

Everyone stated they had the best pricing on GMC trucks. After pricing locally I decide to give them a call. Jim Lombardo ended up being the salesman that answered. Pricing was way lower than local. I dealt with Jim for a week. He gave me a price on my trade in and new truck. We had financing set up as well. Drove the 4 yours to pick up. Facility was amazing. I've never seen so many trucks. Staff was friendly, finance was friendly. Never pushed anything on me. I was in and out in 1 hour and 30. Thanks Jim and Laura GMC staff. More

After searching our local area in Iowa we were disappointed in the lack of follow up and drive to earn our business. No reasonable offers were happening. So we decided to look outside of our state and luckily found Laura Buick GMC (5 hours away)! Jonathan was fantastic to work with. He gave us the bottom line price for our new 2018 Terrain right out of the gate and it was 2500-3000 less than anything we could find locally. Everything was very straight forward which we appreciated! He answered any and ALL of our questions as we wanted to make sure there was going to be NO surprises after we arrived at Laura GMC. It seems as if when you go to sit down to sign the papers at most dealerships there are surprises at the end with more $$$ owed. But that was NOT the case here! Couldn't be happier! And plus I have the car that I love! The Terrain is just perfect for us. Thanks Jonathan for all of your assistance. You rock! More

Easy Peasy! I recently was in an accident that left me with a total loss. After speaking to Doug Johannes at Laura Buick GMC I was immediately put at ease that h I recently was in an accident that left me with a total loss. After speaking to Doug Johannes at Laura Buick GMC I was immediately put at ease that he would be able to get me in a vehicle quickly. I had no idea, and did not expect it to be THAT fast. I explained to him what I was driving before the accident, what I liked about it and did not like about it, my payments that I was at and where I need to be along with the type of warranty I needed. I also told him I did not need a lot of bells and whistles if that helped. This started at at 10:45 in the morning, I was driving off the lot at 3:10 that afternoon. Brand new vehicle, payments went up a whopping $7.00 from my previous payment, better warranty and love this vehicle a heck of a lot more than my previous one. To my surprise the extras that were added helps my driving habits and family commutes so much. How did they and he know to do this? Who cares it was such a WONDERFUL experience I will be back for my GF car here real soon and will never go anywhere else.
