I recently made an appointment for an oil change and when I brought the vehicle to the dealership I spoke to David Day, one of the service consultants. He was very helpful and checked my vehicle’s tire depth and made suggestions related to new tires and other maintenance recommendations. Since it would take a few hours to complete all the necessary maintenance issues he suggested I make another appointment and he would provide me with a loaner vehicle for the day. Everything went very smooth and David provided me with all the information and documentation I needed for a tire rebate. David was very professional and knowledgeable as well as helpful. I have been impressed not only with David, but also the entire service team at Laura. Another lady in the service department, Stephanie was very helpful on another issue I experienced. Everyone at Laura Buick/GMC knows what they are doing and they take care of their customers. Thank you! More
