Good price not good customer service I purchased a 40,000 dollar truck and was told they would mail me the floor mats. Also when I got the truck home I realized there was no bolt in the upper rear shock, again I talked to dealership and they did not pay for bolt or the repair. I feel that the price was good on the truck but they do so much business that you are only a number not a customer More

They even have a "Water Guy" I was a little concerned when I discovered my 2015 Sierra had sprung a leak. While the water was still visible I drove to Laura Buick to show my Service Adviser David what was going on. David didn't even flinch and said "No problem", we have a Water Guy! Who knew there was a 'Water Guy'. David set me up with an appoint and the water guy had me fixed within the hour. This is how the whole service team at Laura Buick under the leadership of Scott treats their customers. Service after the sale has been keeping me a customer for over 20 years. More

Bought two trucks in one month. We originally bought a used 2014 Chevy Silverado at Laura Buick GMC, but one week later were in an accident that totaled the truck. The 2014 Silverado was very clean, mechanically perfect and Laura Buick GMC even fixed a dent that we found on the truck before we took ownership. No pressure on the sales floor and our salesperson (Pete Brunswick) was great to work with. We went in looking for a work truck we could beat up a little, but found that all of their used inventory was much nicer than this and at great prices. We went back to Pete for another truck a month later and the price on a new truck (A 2018 GMC Sierra) was so reasonable that we could not pass up the deal. While we were waiting on a few accessories to be installed we noticed various people coming in the door to meet with various sales staff. As they spoke to the receptionist we frequently overheard statements like "We drove three hours to get here," We came here from Chicago," and " We just flew in from Michigan to get our new truck." Being from St Louis, I had often seen the Laura dealer stickers on the back of trucks in the Metro area but never knew just how large the dealership was (over 2000 vehicles) or the deals you could get (if you are going to fly in from Michigan, you must be getting a good deal!) Here's the bottom line: the best inventory and selection I've ever seen, knowledgeable sales staff who aren't going to pressure you to buy, great prices, and a fast and professional service center. In my eyes- two thumbs up! I'll be back for my next truck in a couple of years! More
