Quick Service Initially, we connected with Laura Buick through their inventory online. We reached out by sending an email request to inquire if a vehicle was availa Initially, we connected with Laura Buick through their inventory online. We reached out by sending an email request to inquire if a vehicle was available. A quick response was sent and we made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival we were greeted and served snacks. Our wait time was 15 minutes or less. The car was brought around for our test drive. We did make the deal and are very pleased. The reason we did not give five stars --- the listing said it came with remote start and it was not with the keys when the car was turned over. We asked the sales person who said they would get one in the mail. The same weekend I sent a reminder to the sales person included our address and VIN with a thank you note for great service. I have yet to receive the remote start. More

snobby and rude employees I was so excited to shop at this huge dealership thinking, they're going to be so quick and this should be a breeze!! Holy xxxx was I ever wrong!!!!! I was so excited to shop at this huge dealership thinking, they're going to be so quick and this should be a breeze!! Holy xxxx was I ever wrong!!!!! My salesman Ryan was really great, the guy who deals with getting new plates was great as well but, The finance man was horrible!!!!!!!! We sat for over 4 hours waiting for him to decide what to do all while leaving us sitting with no update, no information at all. There is NO reason he couldn't have given us some kind of update during that 4 hr period of time. Then, when we finally get called to his office (mind you, this was after I went looking for help, not because he came to get us), this man was unbelievably rude. I don't understand why he was the way he was, but he acted as though we were inferior to him. Like he was better than us and he was doing us a favor by financing a car of us. Had I known what my experience was going to be like before I got there, I would have absolutely gone somewhere else, but I had a very restricted time limit due to hitting a deer and having a limited amount of time to get something different. I will NEVER go back to Laura GMC....I'll walk before I buy another vehicle from that pompous xxxxxxx!! I'm not certain of his name and the only finance name listed below is just a picture of the business logo, so take this for what's it worth but...a co-worker bought a vehicle from them 2 weeks before me and I just talked to him today and he also advised that they staff there were all a bunch of rude xxxxxxxxx and they also left him waiting for hours on end with no assistance. RIDICULOUS!!!! More
