I did find the car of my dreams here. I had been watching the price of it for almost 2 months then finally went in and I know the price they were asking was a good fair price. I was not pressured at all and no haggling. I didnt look at any other car as I was set on my dream car. My salesman was kind to me but busy and he had told me beforehand that he would be as it was a Saturday and I understood that as I could see Saturdays were a madhouse but my salesman was calm, cool and a professional (Mike Miller). The finance man was kind also (Thad). I do wish I would of pushed back on how much they gave me for my car as it had 2 brand new tires (a week old) and two other tires a year old but thats in the past now . I was able to go on the test drive in peace and take in all that driving my dream car had to offer. I dont feel that I had personalized customer service (meaning spending allot of time with me) from them but I did have good customer service from everyone I dealt with and thats fine with me and not a negative thing at all. I would go here again and I would recommend them to women because they didn't treat me like I didnt know anything about cars or buying a car like other dealerships did when they saw I was a woman. Having lunch for everyone on a Saturday plus snacks, sodas, water and coffee was nice of them also. More

Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Cab Noise I just recently purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra and noticed the cab rattled when not on the highway. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to have it looked I just recently purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra and noticed the cab rattled when not on the highway. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to have it looked at as well as a tire rotation and oil change. After 2 hours in the waiting room they said my truck was done. When I got back to the service center they handed me my receipt and said I was good to go. I looked on the receipt and it stated that lubricant had been applied to my sunroof. 20 miles down the road the rattle was back and it's still there. Youtube videos show this is a defect in the cab and GMC must be ignoring or have no clue on how to stop. I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander with a panoramic sunroof and the cab is silent. I used to own a 1986 Grand AM and this truck has more cab noise. Very disappointed that they only applied lubricant and did not explain what the cab noise was or is. I want this fixed since it is a $55,000 truck. I am just concerned that this dealership doesn't have a clue on how to fix it or is trying to throw a cheap fix at it. I highly doubt they took this vehicle out for a drive to listen to the sound and if they didn't then that is very very concerning and would speak volumes to the point that they know there is an issue with the trucks. More
