Quick Service Initially, we connected with Laura Buick through their inventory online. We reached out by sending an email request to inquire if a vehicle was availa Initially, we connected with Laura Buick through their inventory online. We reached out by sending an email request to inquire if a vehicle was available. A quick response was sent and we made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival we were greeted and served snacks. Our wait time was 15 minutes or less. The car was brought around for our test drive. We did make the deal and are very pleased. The reason we did not give five stars --- the listing said it came with remote start and it was not with the keys when the car was turned over. We asked the sales person who said they would get one in the mail. The same weekend I sent a reminder to the sales person included our address and VIN with a thank you note for great service. I have yet to receive the remote start. More
