fast service with a somewhat minor problem I went in for an oil change, multi point inspection and tire rotation. The mechanic who did the above service failed to re-program the truck to ackn I went in for an oil change, multi point inspection and tire rotation. The mechanic who did the above service failed to re-program the truck to acknowledge the tires had been rotated. I had to go back to ask why the tires hadnt been rotated ( as one had a small leak and the truck showed it was still in the same spot as when I had dropped it off for service ) and take time off of work to do so. Apparently, they were rotated but weren't programmed to show that they were. Minor discrepency, but it did cost me an hour and a half from work to get it corrected. More

Recently purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra SLT I researched a lot on different websites, mainly Car Gurus, then in the Laura site. Laura had the best prices and deals in high volume. Overall buying I researched a lot on different websites, mainly Car Gurus, then in the Laura site. Laura had the best prices and deals in high volume. Overall buying experience was good from sales guy Andrew Quinones, and most requested items were taken care of. On the down side, this is a high volume dealership, so you need to know what you want up front. It’s very busy and the personal attention you get from a small dealership regarding vehicle preparation (a really clean valeted car) when you collect it are not there. You come here for price, be prepared to have to do some of your own work to get the car looking up to standard. Some people may not care, but when you spending a large amount of money the vehicle should be spotlessly clean on delivery. Overall I’d buy there again but know what I’m getting into. More
