As others mentioned, they sell vehicles at a low prices comparing to other dealers, so that's the kind of service you get. I went to the lot to find the vehicle which I was looking for, since there are already 4 people waiting for service. I could not find the vehicle, so I came to the dealers office to ask for the specific place in the lot where I can locate. The sales person mentioned, that's it there in a specific row and went back again to the lot looking for the car. My whole family was trying to find the car and could not find. Came back to dealers office again and asked the sales person to pull up the car. He later found that the car was sold. Their website is not updated at all for 3 days, and he mentioned the website will get updated 4 times every day. Even the chat person I spoke is rude, just ignoring the feedback. If you want to buy vehicle for cheap price comparing to other dealers, and not worried about customer service, then this is the place, else buy from dealers who give respect to people. More

I found the truck on Laura Buick GMC's website, and called in to set up a test drive. I was referred to Jon Werner. Jon treated me with courtesy at every step of the process of reviewing the truck's features, a test drive, informal tutorials on how to use the trucks many functions, and then through the entire process of coming to terms. Jon then followed up with my concern on whether the truck would fit into the garage at my office by having a dealership courier bring the truck to my office garage (it fit!), and with setting up a date to come in to sign the paperwork and "pick up the pick up!" Everyone at your dealership involved in my purchase was courteous and professional. Thanks for making the process of buying this new truck so easy. More

Worth the 950 mile trip. Best Selection and Prices! I found Laura GMC while conducting a nationwide search on Car Gurus website. I was looking for actual photos of the 2017 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. Laura GM I found Laura GMC while conducting a nationwide search on Car Gurus website. I was looking for actual photos of the 2017 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. Laura GMC's inventory is quite extensive and every vehicle is posted with pictures. For those that are skeptical, Yes their prices are real. Not only do they have the lowest daily "Sales Prices", They also reduce the prices further with "Select Model" rebates. My Gross savings compared to my local dealers was $4500. After travel expenses I still saved $4000. The customer service I received was outstanding. From the initial contact to the final sale, Jason Doore communicated flawlessly. The day of delivery I flew into St. Louis airport to an awaiting shuttle. Once I arrived I inspected and test drove the vehicle. Once the inspection was completed, we completed the paperwork, set up the OnStar service and reviewed some of the vehicle controls (Radio, Bluetooth, Navigation etc.) To complete the process I signed additional paperwork with the Business Manager. Because they are an extremely high volume dealership (that is how you get your outstanding price) you may have to wait to see the Business Manager. Knowing this ahead of time will allow you to plan your delivery day accordingly. I was in no hurry and I anticipated the whole delivery process to take a few hours. My delivery was actually completed within that time-frame. More

The last salesman only answered the phone after an email about my trucks number was established. I bought the truck and am happy with it except for its check antenna display and the XM radio not hooked up and ready to use. They also sold me a D class plate for it that I didn't need but I am partly to blame for not knowing the gvw of the truck as I will never haul that heavy of a load on it. Beware that Laura Buick GMC has very limited parking at their dealership with too much inventory to make space for customers to park which results in too many salesman sitting around long waits because too few Finance people to keep your wait short. The price on line is the price you pay. More

No one could beat Laura's pricing. Wyatt Johnson in Clarksville was higher by almost $12,000 ($59k vs $71k - Stock 2500HD Denali) even though they offered $2,500 more for my truck I went with Laura. I figured I'll drive the 4 hours to St Louis and save money by working with Jason Welsch, who worked with me for a week personalizing my truck with a lift kit and aftermarket rims and tires. He communicated with me via text and phone conversations, even on his off-time. He was awesome and I would recommend him and Laura's for my friends and family. When it was all said and done I walked out of Laura's paying only $61,200 for my 2017 lifted GMC 2500HD Denali ($10,000 less than my local competitor-without a lift). I gave 4 stars for the facility because their lot was completely packed with new trucks and customers. There were 4-5 cars blocking throughways and exits that it took 30 minutes for me to get out fo the parking lot. But, there's a reason EVERYONE comes to Laura's. More
