No one could beat Laura's pricing. Wyatt Johnson in Clarksville was higher by almost $12,000 ($59k vs $71k - Stock 2500HD Denali) even though they offered $2,500 more for my truck I went with Laura. I figured I'll drive the 4 hours to St Louis and save money by working with Jason Welsch, who worked with me for a week personalizing my truck with a lift kit and aftermarket rims and tires. He communicated with me via text and phone conversations, even on his off-time. He was awesome and I would recommend him and Laura's for my friends and family. When it was all said and done I walked out of Laura's paying only $61,200 for my 2017 lifted GMC 2500HD Denali ($10,000 less than my local competitor-without a lift). I gave 4 stars for the facility because their lot was completely packed with new trucks and customers. There were 4-5 cars blocking throughways and exits that it took 30 minutes for me to get out fo the parking lot. But, there's a reason EVERYONE comes to Laura's. More

Contacted Steve Rogers again and was able to find an Acadia Denali that fit our wishes. I was content with the price, but was informed if I could wait a couple more days, there would be a sale with additional off. I rearranged my flight and flew into town again (picked up personally by Steve this time as it was prior to business hours) and was able to get everything completed within a couple of hours and on the road back home. This was our 3rd vehicle from Laura Buick GMC and will be back later this year to upgrade the wife's car when the new Enclave comes out. More

Lack of hospitality after driving 7 hours to buy a new truck This dealership came highly recommended for pricing of new vehicles. We had been price watching a particular truck and talking to Kerry Carnes. Very nice, not very helpful. We finally decided we had found what we wanted for the price. When we called about it in a Saturday afternoon about 1:00 pm, Kerry was in vacation. We got Bob Wrobel. He told us he was busy, would have someone else call back to get our information for a deposit in the vehicle. We waited, and waited and waited. At 3:30 I called Bob back. Still busy. I'll have someone call you back, bye! At this point, 4:30 rolled around. They closed at 5:00pm. I was getting concerned we were going to lose the truck we had been watching for a month. I called back again. They put me with Mike Miller. He got the info and told us he had the truck and it was ours. We had to be there by 9pm Monday to pick up. We made last minute arrangements. Drove up Sunday and spent the night. (7 hour drive one way). Arrived at the dealership Monday morning at 9am. They are a big dealership and are very busy. We were patient. Got passed around to Kerry, then Mike, who was somewhat helpful. Started the paperwork at about 10:15am or so. Some of the numbers didn't jive. I had a question. One Question! Mike comes back and says, "Oh, the finance manager, Joe, said you'll have to be pushed back now. He is going to take the next customers. Really? The difference was filing fees and a few other charges. We said we weren't aware, but that's ok. Mike said, "It is indicat d in our website if you read it!" Wow! Finally got in to financial manager. He whizzed through it all. Talked so fast I couldn't understand him half the time. We were also told on the phone the prior Saturday, physical customers come first! OK? Bottoms line is this dealership need to invest in training for Hospitality and better Customer Service, because they are lacking big time!!! More

I first contacted Laura Buick inquiring about a used suv, Brandon Treat was the salesman that answered my call, my search continued, all the used cars I saw, were not what I needed. Contacted Brandon once again, and asking about leasing, he presented me with a deal on Buick Encore that was very appealing, he gave me the details of the rebates and incentives by GM. and the monthly payment, it was a deal I couldn't pass up. This dealership is tops with me, everything went smoothly, Laura Buick GMC should be fortunate to have such a employees like Brandon, and Thad in financial. More

I had to shop for a vehicle while my husband was out of town and Cody made every attempt to answer all of my questions and numerous text measages promptly. Cody never made me feel pressured to buy a vehicle like a couple other dealerships did before I walked into Laura Buick. He even stayed late on a Saturday to get our deal closed after my husbands flight home was delayed. I was also quite pleased to find a dealership that I didn't have to haggle with. Knowing what my bottomline price would be from the beginning made shopping for financing much easier as well. More
