I was originally led to the dealership because of their extremely competitive pricing. That said, I continually go back because of their incredible level of service. From the front line sales professionals to their back end service department, they always seem to put the customer first in a pressure free environment. Their employees are always professional - I wish more businesses were conducted this way! I continually have great experiences and will do business with Laura Buick GMC for years to come. More

The salesperson who assisted was great and has been quick to respond with any questions I have had since I left the dealership. The only downfall of the whole experience is the amount of time spent waiting for paperwork. They were busy and it didn't seem like they had enough help. More

I thought I had all the paperwork taken care of over the phone and would only have to sign when I arrived. Not the case. Waited for over an hour to have my car re-appraised. Once that was done, still had to wait for Jimmy to get free then wait longer to get with the financing agent. After the sell, things got severely worse. I was told to expect the balance of my paperwork so I could register and pay my taxes 2 weeks after the sell. Papers never came and I was driving around on an expired temp tag and the only thing I got out of Jimmy was "it's not our fault." They paid off the balance of my old car loan and kept calling me wanting to know where my title was. I told them repeatedly I never had it and to contact BB&T. Finally get that taken care of and am still waiting on the 2nd key I was promised. I've tried calling and texting Jimmy with zero response other than "send us the bill" when I told him I would get it from the local dealership. Seemed like an odd response considering nearly a month ago Jimmy told me he was having another key cut and sent my way. Overall, the price is what sold that truck. Jimmy was little to no help during the sell, not upfront about trade in value, zero effort put into customer support after the sell, etc. etc. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else before he stop here or drive 5 hours like I did. More

I had a great experience, Jamie was very helpful with taking care of my Terrain. I wanted them to check everything out for me and let me know if i need to take care of anything with having almost 80,000 miles on it. They came back and told me it was in perfect condition. I feel with that many miles most places would try and sell me on everything. I will continue to take my vehicles to Laura for all my maintenance needs and will recommend them to family and friends. I will be the first to admit how hard it is hard to let go of a vehicle you've had for 17 years. However, I am happy to say that my brand new GMC Canyon is a perfect fit for me, and Laura Buick GMC in Collinsville, IL is the perfect place to buy. The prices they offer on trucks beat any price you will find on any model truck at any dealership. The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. What else can you ask for? Simply put, this is the best auto buying experience I've ever had, and I will recommend Laura Buick GMC to everyone. Brendan, my sales associate, answered all my questions patiently, and he ensured that my purchase experience was first rate. Corey, the finance expert, had me in and out in 10 minutes.
