Extremely friendly, professional and made my wife and I feel right at home. He was up front and honest from the very beginning, leaving nothing out of the equation during negotiating process. We had visited another dealership in the area looking at the same year, make and model of this vehicle but priced a little lower however the level of service we recieved compared to each other was night and day so the extra $1000 became a non-issue. Great experience all around and will definitely be keeping Laura Buick in mind on our next purchase. More
