We arrived 45 minutes early for the first service appointment of our daughter’s 2023 Acadia Denali. We were greeted immediately by the service staff who told us they were going to get us registered appointment of our daughter’s 2023 Acadia Denali. We looked up a few places online, made our decision & were immediately picked up by an extremely pleasant young man who took us to Ravanelli’s lunch. We were still having lunch & notified our vehicle was ready for us whenever we finished our lunch & told there was no rush, to enjoy our lunch. They would pick us up when we let them know we were ready to leave. Everyone was very thoughtful & polite that we had contact with. More
