I had Purchased a 2019 from this dealership with only 40,000 something miles on it. Well upon test driving it there was a blinker issue. I advises the sales guy (Bobby Spurlock) who was helping me and he said just an out bulb. No bulbs were out. He was in the middle of helping another couple while helping me at the same time so I didnt feel like i had his full attention. I took it home that night and my husband said it was a wire issue. I live 1 hr and 30 mins away from this dealership. I drove back a few days late for them to look at it. They said I needed to keep It over night. They gave me a loaner vehicle and I drove back home. A few days later I got to pick it up. On the way home, I started hearing this noise. When I made a left turn the right front tire made a noise. I called my local auto shop and they diagnosed it with badly damaged break caliper. Upon further inspection, they noticed that the break calipers badly damaged the tire rod and the break pads. They stated they were shocked the dealership got away with selling a car in this condition due to it being a safety issue. Today I called the sales manager (Rick? I believe) to make him aware of the issues I have been through and how I was not to happy and told him they need to inspect the vehicles better. I did advise I will be reporting this to someone as the problems I was having were major safety issues. The sales manager in a rude voice stated "If you called to just threaten me to report the dealership then just do it" so I just hung up on him because I was to stressed and upset to be yelled at by someone who SOLD ME A UNSAFE VEHICLE!!!! I put down a pretty good down payment on this vehicle expecting it to be in great condition. I did make a report to the BBB and I hope they will honor the outcome of my request. If not I will be contacting the Attorney General and possibly taking this further if I have to. If you look at other reviews on Google about this place, a lot of people have the same issues. Don't make the same mistake I did by purchasing here. More
Sent in a request for info on a truck. Immediately received multiple phone calls and emails. I responded to one email and was handed off to another salesman. Could not answer simple questions of availability over email. I emailed the first contact back and stated my frustrations. She said she would let her manager know. I asked her if there was another salesman and have not heard anything back since. I own and operate 3 companies and buy plenty of vehicles. I’ve never had a dealership act this way especially when you’re buying a $90k truck. More
Showed salesman exact car and details I wanted and receive pricing info that that car. Dealership was pretty easy to work with at first. The manager I worked with (Ethan) was very dismissive of things I brought up.
